About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst with a minimum of three years' experience, you will play a vital role in analyzing and interpreting complex data and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and business growth. Use statistical tools and techniques to extract meaningful information and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
2. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements. Conduct thorough interviews and workshops to elicit user requirements and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
3. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing business processes and propose recommendations for optimization. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize productivity.
4. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows. Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations to effectively communicate analysis results and insights to stakeholders at various levels.
5. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery. Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, training, and user acceptance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
