About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Finance Risk Analyst with 3-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing financial risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and providing recommendations to support sound financial decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Risk Assessment and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments by analyzing financial data, market trends, and industry benchmarks. Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization's financial activities, processes, and investments.
2. Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize exposure to financial risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to risk management policies and procedures.
3. Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to evaluate potential scenarios and assess their impact on the organization's financial performance. Provide accurate and timely forecasts and projections to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of financial regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Assess the impact of regulatory changes on the organization's risk exposure and develop strategies for compliance.
5. Reporting and Communication: Prepare comprehensive risk reports, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders. Clearly communicate complex financial risk concepts to non-technical audiences.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, CFA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Risk Analyst, with 3-5 years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
